Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
The Loyalty Card Account, Card and Points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Eurasia Supermarket which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of the operation of the scheme.
Members are only entitled to one Loyalty Card account each. Eurasia Supermarket reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional or multiple accounts at any time.
The Loyalty Card, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the card.
Loyalty Cards remain the responsibility of the member, as do any security details retailing to the account. Eurasia Supermarkets cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safe keeping of the card.
Eurasia Supermarket may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Loyalty Card Accounts, Cards and Points, in whatever forms, and / or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of: any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme: any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and / or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme; any behavior relating to Loyalty Card or Eurasia Supermarket that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behavior, or supplying false or misleading information.
Loyalty Cards can only be used for purchase from Eurasia Supermarket. The scheme is only for personal and consumer use. Loyalty Cards cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose. Loyalty Card Account, Cards or Points cannot be transferred, got, sold or in any way traded.
Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any points already accrued or issued.
Members may inherit the points of a family member who had died by providing a written request informing us of the membership details of the deceased.
The promoter of the Loyalty Card is Eurasia Supermarket, Unit 1, Fonthill Retail Park, Fonthill Road ,D22.
These Terms and Conditions replace all previous versions, are correct as of April 2019 and shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be decided only by the Irish Courts.
Eurasia Supermarkets reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, at any time, on reasonable notice for legal, regulatory, business or policy reasons. Members who continue to participate in the scheme following such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms and Conditions. Due to printing and publishing lead times, the Terms and Conditions in the store may not reflect the most recent changes. These are most up to date Terms and Conditions.
